We do not have a one size fits all, we customize every single tiny farm aka homestead to fit your needs! Think about all of the decisions that go into building a custom home, it's similar to creating a tiny farm, we can't even guess! However, other than lakefront tiny farms the all inclusive tiny farm we currently offer is $229,900 and comes with a "tiny barn!" Our properties meet FHA and VA guidelines, we have lenders ready to offer competitve rates, and top notch customer service!

Our list changes daily, we may have five-lots one day, but we could close another five-tomorrow. We determine what closes by communicating with our customers, we do not “advertise” lots unless we own them, but we do share the details with customers with whom we have formed a relationship.

Our tiny farmhouses start at 326 square feet and go up to 750 square feet! The size and time frame are the most important factors.
We offer Cornerstone Tiny Homes if you’re looking for under 500 square feet, these can be move-in ready in under 100-days!
If you’re looking for over 500 square feet we offer a site-built option, we currently have a 758 square foot model that takes approximately 9-months to move-in ready!

Florida Tiny Farms (FTF) offers land/home packages in most central and north Florida counties. Our Tiny Farmhouse model is in Hawthorne, Putnam County, Florida, located 30-minutes east of the University of Florida and 1-hour southwest of Jacksonville.
FTF offers a customized tiny farm aka homestead set-up. We are not a real estate sales company. We typcially own the land or we help you find the land that meets your goals and we design the "tiny farm," to meet your expectations.
YES, we have plenty of land and more coming on daily! You pick your parcel of land, all parcels come surveyed, cleared, and fenced, they are buildable and they are NOT in a flood zone. And we will even build chicken coops, raised bed gardens and pens to fit your needs and expectations.
YES, we have multiple options. The least time consuming are our homes that range from 500 - 700 sq ft option. For the true tiny "farmhouse" experience we work exclusively with Cornerstone Tiny Homes to offer a quality built home, these are NOT shed-to-house conversions! These are NOT cheap homes, these are very well-built and energy efficient, the homes meet all building codes and actually exceed the minimum hurricane code.
